1. General Provisions
1.1. This Digital Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the terms and conditions for the provision of digital materials distributed by Programming Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") electronically via the Internet.
1.2. Digital materials are defined as electronic products, including, but not limited to:
e-books and study guides;
PDF manuals and checklists;
video courses and educational video materials;
audio files and podcasts;
program code, scripts, and templates;
databases and configuration files;
interactive learning modules;
other digital information products.
1.3. Physical shipment of goods does not take place under this Policy. All materials are provided exclusively in a digital format.
2. Digital Material Delivery Procedure
2.1. Upon completion of payment, the Client receives:
a download link for the digital materials;
or access to a personal account/learning platform;
or direct access to the materials via email.
2.2. Delivery is carried out automatically within 15 minutes of payment confirmation.
2.3. Access to the materials may require:
creating a user account on the Provider's platform;
using a provided unique access code;
verifying an email address.
2.4. The Client is responsible for ensuring the availability of:
a stable Internet connection;
devices and software that support the formats of the provided materials (PDF, MP4, ZIP, etc.).
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Obligations of the Provider:
to provide the digital materials in full;
to ensure the functionality of download links for the duration specified in the product description;
to maintain the currency and accessibility of materials within the personal account (where applicable); to respond promptly to inquiries regarding access issues.
3.2. Client Obligations:
to provide a valid email address when placing an order;
to safeguard the received access credentials (links, codes, login details);
to verify the functionality of the materials within 7 calendar days of receipt;
not to share the received materials with third parties without the Supplier's written permission.
4. Warranties and Limitations
4.1. The Supplier warrants:
the integrity and completeness of the digital materials at the time of delivery;
that the content corresponds to the product description provided on the sales page.
4.2. The Supplier shall not be held liable for:
issues caused by incompatibility with the Client's devices or software;
loss of access to the materials resulting from the deletion of the Client's account without prior notice;
malfunctions of third-party services used for delivery (cloud storage providers, email service providers);
changes made to the materials after their initial publication (unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon).
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1. Refunds for digital materials are not available once access to the product has been granted, as:
digital materials can be copied by the Client;
the service is deemed to have been rendered the moment access is provided.
5.2. Exceptions: a refund may be granted if:
the materials were not delivered within 2 hours of payment;
the delivered materials do not match the product description (due to an error on the Supplier's part);
a technical defect is discovered that prevents the use of the product (e.g., an unreadable file, a broken link, etc.).
5.3. The processing time for refund requests is up to 5 business days.
6. Technical Support
6.1. The Client may contact the support team:

via the chat feature on the learning platform (if available). 6.2. Support is provided on business days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
6.3. Typical issues addressed by support include:
recovery of lost access links;
assistance with the installation and configuration of included software;
replacement of corrupted files;
consultations regarding file formats and compatibility.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All digital materials constitute the intellectual property of Programming Service.
7.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal educational purposes.
7.3. The following actions are prohibited:
copying and distributing the materials without permission;
reselling or using the materials for commercial purposes;
modifying the materials for the purpose of creating derivative products for sale;
publishing the materials in the public domain.
8. Changes to the Policy
8.1. The Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Policy.
8.2. The updated version will be published on the website, indicating the date of the changes.
8.3. Continued use of the services following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
